1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by ezpin4, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms take effect from the date you first use the ezpin4 platform and remain in force until your account is terminated or the Terms are amended.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the ezpin4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide. All such documents collectively form the entire agreement between the user and the ezpin4 platform.

Ezpin4 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the ezpin4 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the ezpin4 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be a staff member, agent, partner, or immediate family member of an ezpin4 employee.
• Not appearing on any prohibition list or being restricted by the relevant authorities.
• Register one account only — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

The ezpin4 registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password. Phone number verification via OTP is required to complete registration.

As part of ezpin4's commitment to platform security and compliance with international standards, users are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal. Documents required for KYC include:

• Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A recent selfie taken alongside your identification document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (if requested).

KYC information is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. ezpin4 processes KYC verification within 24–48 business hours.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Ezpin4 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via the payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed securely and credited to your account within 5 minutes for major payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods include FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, AmBank, and others), DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• Ezpin4 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All financial transactions are fully encrypted and monitored for any suspicious activity.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Users may withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. ezpin4 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 1 hour for users who have completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
• For users who have not completed KYC, the withdrawal limit is RM500 per day.
• Users who have received any bonus must fulfil the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Ezpin4 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• All successful withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

In exceptional circumstances such as payment system technical issues or compliance review requirements, processing times may exceed the usual timeframe. ezpin4 will notify users via email or platform notification should such a delay occur.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Reward Credits

All bonuses and promotions offered by ezpin4 are subject to their respective specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all ezpin4 promotions are as follows:

• Each user is eligible for a promotion only up to the specified number of times — the welcome bonus is available to new registrations only.
• Bonuses may not be used for direct withdrawals until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• Ezpin4 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of fraud, promotion abuse, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonus credits are valid only for the stated period. Any unused credits after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Winnings obtained from free spins or bonus credits are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.

7Game Rules and Accuracy

Confirmed bets are final. Users may not cancel or modify any bet that has been confirmed in the system. ezpin4 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of:

• Bets placed using funds obtained through illegal means.

8Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the ezpin4 platform:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technology to play, bet, or operate the platform automatically.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Manipulating the bonus or promotions system — including using multiple accounts, different IP addresses, or other methods to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to ezpin4's systems, other users' accounts, or infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ezpin4 on any public platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

9Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your ezpin4 account login details confidential, including your username, password, and OTP code. Never share this information with anyone, including family members or friends.

Ezpin4 provides additional security features including two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly recommended to be activated. All activity carried out using valid login credentials will be considered as performed by the legitimate account owner.

• If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact ezpin4 support immediately.
• Ezpin4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly for optimal security.

10ezpin4 Limitation of Liability

The ezpin4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezpin4 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or delays. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, ezpin4 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions arising from technical issues, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or failures by third-party payment providers resulting in transaction delays or failures.

Under no circumstances shall ezpin4's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Termination & Suspension

Users may close their ezpin4 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closing the account, ensure all available funds have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance after the closure process may not be recoverable.

Ezpin4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon request by authorities or as required for legal compliance.

12Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Ezpin4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise between a user and ezpin4, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual negotiation within 30 days before taking any further action.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
